1Take out 8g of sliced ginger and 4g of chopped scallions. Wash and cut 400g of ribs into small pieces. Blanch the ribs in cold water and let them boil for 2 minutes. Remove and wash for later use.
2Pour 20g of cooking oil and scallions and ginger into the pot until fragrant. Add ribs and stir fry until the surface turns slightly yellow. Add 400g of water and half a pack of sweet and sour pork rib seasoning sauce (50g), mix well. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes. Finally, add the remaining half a pack of sweet and sour pork rib seasoning sauce (50g) and stir fry for 30 seconds.
3Take out the pot and put it on a plate.
