1Cut the beef brisket and carrots into medium sized chunks, blanch them separately and set aside for later use.
2Put the beef brisket into a pressure cooker, add 400 milliliters of water and press for 20 minutes.
3Add carrots, potatoes, and Anji fragrant curry cubes and stir well. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then turn to high heat and drain.
4Take the cooked curry beef out of the pot and plate it with rice.
